Shurpancham Music Academy provides vocal lessons and other musical education services. We offer both individual and group lessons designed to cater to various age groups and skill levels.

3. Enrollment and Payment

​

• Enrollment: To enroll, you must complete our registration form and pay fees of admission and provide required personal and payment details. Enrollment is subject to availability.

• Fees: Fees for vocal lessons are detailed on our Site and may be updated periodically. Payment is required in advance before the commencement of any lesson.

• Payment Methods: We accept payments through Cash, Debit Card, UPI.

 

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Student Cancellations: Cancellations must be communicated at least [24/48] hours prior to the scheduled lesson. Late cancellations may incur a fee or forfeit the lesson fee.

• Rescheduling: We will attempt to accommodate rescheduling requests based on availability.

• Refunds: Refunds are only provided for lessons canceled by us. No refunds are issued for missed lessons or student-initiated cancellations.

• No Refund, make-up or reschedule for missed Group Lessons.

• Students absent for more than 2 months must pay the pending fees of previous month or take re-admission (applicable for Group Lessons only).

5. User-Generated Content and Conduct

• Content Responsibility: Users are responsible for any content they upload or share on our Site. Content must not violate any laws, including intellectual property laws, or infringe on the rights of others.

• Prohibited Content: You may not upload or distribute content that is illegal, obscene, defamatory, threatening, or discriminatory.
